Services may be delivered in person, online or through a blended approach depending on the service booked.
Bookings and Enquiries
All bookings begin with an enquiry form or direct communication with our team. Once details are confirmed, you will receive written confirmation by email. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Payment Terms
- All payments are required in advance
- Payments are charged per person unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We do not take deposits
- Prices are stated excluding VAT where applicable
- Heart of Gold Academy Ltd is not VAT registered
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Training and services may be rescheduled with a minimum of seven days’ notice.
Substitutions are permitted, allowing another suitable individual to attend in place of the original attendee, provided this is agreed in advance. A cancellation fee may apply. This will be discussed and agreed during the booking call or confirmation process.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in charges being applied.
Digital Documents and Resources
Digital documents and resources are provided for use within your organisation. Once access to digital documents has been granted, no refunds are available as full access has been provided. Documents must not be shared, resold or distributed outside the purchasing organisation without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, documents, resources and website content remain the intellectual property of Heart of Gold Academy Ltd. Materials are licensed for internal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised copying, sharing or commercial use is not permitted.
Training Outcomes and Responsibility
Training is delivered in line with current guidance and best practice at the time of delivery. Completion of training does not replace organisational responsibility for governance, supervision, risk management or regulatory compliance.
Heart of Gold Academy Ltd provides guidance and education but does not assume responsibility for operational decisions made by organisations or individuals.
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care to deliver high quality services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heart of Gold Academy Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, training or documents. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
