Introduction

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply for training, consultancy, workshops and digital document purchases made with Heart of Gold Academy Ltd.

By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

Training and Workshops

Payment

All training and workshops must be paid for in full before delivery. We do not take deposits.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule training, a minimum of seven days’ notice is required.
  • Where sufficient notice is given, we will work with you to rearrange dates where possible.
  • Substitutions are allowed. A suitable replacement attendee may attend instead of the original booking, provided this is agreed in advance.
  • If insufficient notice is given, a cancellation fee may apply. Any applicable fees will be discussed during the booking process or on the confirmation call.

Consultancy Services

Consultancy services are scoped and agreed in advance. Once consultancy work has started, refunds are not available for time already delivered. Where services are cancelled before work begins, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis and discussed directly with you.

Digital Documents and Resources

All digital documents, templates and downloadable resources are provided with immediate access. Once access has been granted, no refunds are available, as full access to the materials has been provided.

  • Policies and procedures
  • Templates
  • Digital downloads and guides

Please ensure the product is suitable before completing your purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will work to resolve access issues promptly. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations, we may review refund requests at our discretion. Any such decision will be made fairly and communicated clearly.
